North Dalmatia Loop from Split

In the morning, you will cruise to the picturesque town of Skradin, one of the oldest settlements in Croatia, known for its charming stone houses, narrow streets, and vibrant marina. From here, an organised boat will take you deep into Krka National Park, home to Croatia’s most stunning waterfalls. The highlight is Skradinski Buk, a spectacular cascade of 17 waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery and wooden walkways. After a day of exploring nature’s wonders, you’ll return to Skradin and enjoy a relaxing evening aboard the yacht.

A morning cruise takes you to Šibenik, Croatia’s oldest native town on the Adriatic. Unlike other Dalmatian cities, Šibenik was founded by Croats rather than Greeks or Romans. The city is full of hidden gems, including its maze-like streets and impressive fortresses. The UNESCO-listed St. James Cathedral showcases Renaissance and Gothic craftsmanship, while St. Michael’s and Barone Fortresses offer stunning city and sea views. Šibenik is also the perfect spot to savor authentic Dalmatian cuisine with fresh seafood and local ingredients. As the evening sets in, the yacht will be moored in the downtown harbor, allowing you to soak up the city’s lively atmosphere before another day of adventure.

Leaving the mainland behind, the yacht cruises deep into the Kornati National Park, the largest archipelago in Adriatic, featuring over 140 islands, islets, and reefs. These barren yet beautiful limestone islands create an otherworldly landscape, often compared to the moon. With countless coves and hidden beaches, it’s the perfect spot for snorkeling, diving, and kayaking in untouched nature. The evening is spent at anchor, enjoying a private chef’s dinner onboard with no city lights—just the Milky Way above.

A smooth sail takes you to Žirje, the most remote of the Šibenik islands, known for its crystal-clear waters and authentic Croatian village life. Historically, Žirje was a strategic military island, with remnants of Byzantine fortifications still standing. Its seclusion makes it ideal for swimming, spearfishing, and exploring underwater caves. The island’s beaches remain peaceful, even during the summer, offering a relaxing swim or a serene walk along the shore. Spend the day exploring hidden coves and soaking in the quiet beauty, before returning to the yacht to unwind and enjoy the evening.

A scenic morning sail leads to Primošten, a picturesque town that used to be an island, but now connected to the mainland by a causeway. Primošten is famed for its Babić vineyards, whose grapes grow in stone-laced terrain so unique that it’s under UNESCO protection. Exploring the old town reveals charming stone streets and the iconic Church of St. George, perched on a hill with panoramic views over the sea and vineyards. The yacht will anchor near the beach, perfect for paddleboarding before an evening of wine tasting and fine dining at a local konoba.

The final leg of the journey is a leisurely cruise back to Split, with a stop at one of the Čiovo Island bays for a final swim in the Adriatic. Back in the city, you’ll have plenty to explore. Consider a visit to Diocletian’s Palace, wandering through its bustling Peristyle Square, and visiting the Temple of Jupiter.
